had a fantastic stay at southgate hotel! ! the staff were super helpful, and everything was spotless, it felt like we were in a brand new place. the superior twin room was really comfy with a mini kitchen, which was a nice surprise! i also loved the state of the art electrical system they showed us, so modern!

the breakfast options couldve been better, not all the hot food was appetizing, and we had issues getting back in after a late night out, the doors were locked.

The bathroom lacks adequate space for laying out toiletries and there's a lack of hooks for towels, making it a bit cramped. The shower in the disability access room flooded, and we had to deal with it using towels. The window sill, which I'd hoped to use for makeup, was covered in dust. Though I’m a heavy sleeper, the occasional whirring sound from outside might not sit well with light sleepers.

We had a lovely stay with a comfy room and a mini fridge that kept our drinks nice and cold. The hotel itself had good relaxation spots if you wanted to unwind after a day out. The only slight bother was some noise from the lifts, but it didn't wake me up at all, so all good! 😊

A kettle with tea and coffee, which is always a win. Everything was clean, and the modern look made it feel fresh. I wished the air conditioning was better. it got a bit stuffy. a toilet brush would’ve been handy in the bathroom. not bad for the price!

The breakfast buffet offered good value, but it lacked variety in options available for fresh vegetables.
